My mom’s blood report showed low Hb and low sodium. I called few hospitals and re life hospital was very proactive and I was able to talk to duty doctor late night. I admitted my mom next morning and the staff was very professional and helpful and they were able to fill me with details for all my questions. Good hospital, friendly doctors, and staff. Treatment is economical too. The hospital will do well in times to come. Dr. Supriya, Dr. Sanjay and all nursing staff were very attentive, approachable and friendly. Hospital is neat and clean.
The only reason for a 4 star is that like all places, they need to improve on the facilities and experience. They need to keep the premises bit more silent for patients to rest and enforce that with everyone. Each room should have a bell so that patients can call nurses without hassle. Some minor improvements will help improve the hospital. All in all, a good decent hospital. Journey well begun, and miles to go.
