Outdoor Service
There is an outdoor treatment section in Relife Hospital for regular health checkups of different disease. From the dentist to pediatrician, eye-specialist to a cardio expert to a physician to orthopedics to gyne & obstetrics to ENT to a general surgeon to a skin specialist to a neurologist to a radiologist to gastrologist to a physiotherapist. –all the famous doctors systematically visit routine-wise to provide affordable health treatment to the mass people. The outdoor area is quite wide for enough patients to wait for their call to the doctor. The section is opened from Monday to Sunday.
Indoor Service
Indoor patients are treated in wards, organised according to specialties. 14 operation theatres serve the Surgery, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Otorhinolarygology and Obstetrics & Gynaecology departments. Obstetrics and Gynaecological surgeries are carried out in its designated Gynaecology operation theatre (GOT). The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology has a labour room with an adjacent neonatal unit. All other surgeries are carried out in the main OT complex.

Specialized Operation Theatre
An operation theatre (OT), also known as an operating room, is a hospital unit where major and minor life-saving surgical procedures are performed by the physicians. It is a fully restricted unit to maintain sterile aseptic conditions. Operation theatres are equipped and designed for physicians, surgeons, and surgical staff to perform operations that require patience, time, and safety. The preoperative area, operational area, and postoperative care are the three main units of an operation theatre.
ICU / ICCU / Cabins / Wards
ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is a special room for critical patients who needs intensive treatment and continuous observation. HCU (High Care Unit) is a patient care room from ICU who considered showing an improvement but still under a strict surveillance. ICCU (Intensive Coronary Care Unit) is a unit which focused on intensive treatment for heart issues such as coronary heart disease, heart attack, cardiac arrest/heart failure, etc.
24 hours Dialysis Unit
Dialysis is a treatment that does some of the functions done by the healthy kidneys. It is very much needed when an individual’s own kidneys can no longer take care of the body’s needs. It helps to remove wastes, salt and extra water from building toxins in the body, controls the blood pressure, and maintains a safe level of certain chemicals in the blood like the potassium, sodium and bicarbonate.
There are two types of dialysis: –
a) Haemodialysis is the process of using the hemodialyzer, an artificial kidney to remove waste, extra chemicals and fluid from the blood by performing a minor surgery in the arm or leg.
b) Peritoneal dialysis is the process to clean an individual’s blood where the doctor will perform a surgery by placing a plastic tube, catheter into your abdomen (belly) to make an access inside the body.
Ambulance
The care during the Critical Golden Hour is extended to the patient and their families when the Emergency Medical Service Ambulances are activated by the patient. Skilled emergency Medical Technicians bring Basic and Advance Life Support medical care direct to the patient, be it at the patient’s home, at work, or at the site of the accident.
Cafeteria
The cafeteria is located within the premises of the hospital. The visitors are served food between 07:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
